To make use of the prebook service you need a prebooklimit. The prebooklimit is the maximum amount you can get precredited into your Business account.

For example: you have a prebooklimit of € 10.000 and you deposit a sealbag with € 8.000, we credit € 8.000 into your account. Until the sealbag has been collected and processed, you have a remainder prebooklimit of € 2.000. As soon as the sealbag has been processed, the full € 10.000 prebooklimit will be released again.

What is the remainder prebook limit?

When you prebook an amount by dropping a preannounced sealbag, this amount will be deducted from your prebooklimit. The amount that's left is the remainder prebooklimit. As soon as the sealbag has been processed and counted, the used amount will be released again.

Is your deposit higher than your prebooklimit? We only precredit the amount that's within your prebooklimit. As soon as the sealbag has been processed and counted, we credit the remainder of the deposit into your account. The processing of the sealbag can take upto 10 working days. You can keep on depositing even if you have used your complete prebooklimit.

What do I need to do when I have no remainder prebooklimit left?

If you have no remainder prebooklimimt left but you do want to deposit cash, check out the cash recyclers of Geldmaat. When do I get a prebooklimit?

To qualify for a prebooklimit there are a couple of minimum requirements; you need to have a sealbag agreement for a minimum of 3 months, there should be at least 4 weeks with a sealbag deposit in these 3 months and the average amount of these deposits should be at least €4.000

Example 1:

You have made a weekly deposit for the last 3 months and the average amount of these deposits is €2.000. The total number of weeks with a deposit is more then 4 however the average amount is €2.000. Therefor you don't qualify for a prebooklimit.

Example 2:

You have made 6 deposits spread over 4 weeks in the last three months, the average amount of these deposits is €5.000. You meet the minimum requirement of 4 weeks with a deposit and the average amount is higher then €4.000. Therefor you qualify for a prebooklimit.

How do we calculate the prebooklimit?

Three months after opening the prebook agreement and with at least 4 weeks with a sealbag deposit a prebooklimit might be granted. We look at several factors when calculating the limit, think of the deposit frequency and the amounts deposited.
