Children who own a mobile phone almost always only use the app. My ING is useful when you are sitting behind your laptop or PC. Then you also need the app.

How do I get login details for the app/My ING for my child?

Your child needs login details for digital banking. You can request this for your child in your own ING App or in My ING. Choose products > payments & cards > digital banking for your child. Don't have the Mobile Banking App or My ING yourself? Then make an appointment at an ING Branch.
