How do I download account statements in English?

Current account statements can be downloaded in English. Savings account and investment account statements are not yet available for download in English.

First, change the language setting in My ING or your app to English to download your current account statement in English. Then view your transactions in My ING or the ING app. You can easily download the displayed transactions as an account statement.

How do I take a screenshot of my bank account with full IBAN, my name and address?

How do I download credit card statements?

Credit card statements are not yet available for download. You can view the transactions in your credit card overview in the ING app or My ING. If there’s a situation where you do need paper account statements, please contact our customer service.
