As an initiative of the central government, the Nationaal Warmtefonds has been helping to accelerate the energy transition since 2013. This is a collaboration between the government and various banks, including ING. With the energy savings loan you can borrow money on favorable terms for insulation, solar panels and a heat pump, for example. Handy if you don't have enough savings.
